damages, losses and expenses of whatsoever nature and howsoever

be accepted by you and any contract resulting from any booking

we will refund a proportionate part of the fees paid, calculated
on a time basis. We may also modify these terms and
our privacy policy at any time without prior notice, and every such
modification will be effective immediately upon posting of the modified
terms and/or the modified privacy policy on our website.
